Generic Status Update

-Just returned from a working vacation to Southern California. Probably the last one with the whole McIntyre family. The fact that each son brought his best gal is an indicator of things to come.

-Beach, sand, saltwater, wrote two new songs

-Kathy *loves* San Clemente. Aside from the shallowness, what's not to love? For some of us, the shallowness is the *main* thing to love.

-Thanks Williams' for another stunning good time. You are the best.

-Ate too much, spent too much money. laziness. Great!

-It is a lot easier to *not* have "lust in your heart" in Washington.

-I love airports and planes - not so much the flying itself - but the feeling that you're going somewhere and "normal routine" has been interrupted.

-Trent looks just like a tall blond Southern Cal surfer dude with long hair and a laid back neo-pagan attitude.

-Lots of laughing.

-Video - *HIGHLY* recommended: "The Butterfly Affect" - But please note: if you are even a halfway decent person, you will want to turn it off several times during the first half-hour and wonder "What was McIntyre thinking!?!?!?!" Trust me. Keep watching.
